Founded by Lloyed Lobo and Alex Popa of R&D tax credit technology company, Boast, and Ray Walia of premier not-for-profit startup incubator, Launch Academy, Traction began as a project under the not for profit as a network and collection of resources to help fuel the growth of the global startup and innovation community. Entrepreneurs, innovators, and technology professionals from companies at any stage of growth engage with Traction to get advice via weekly webinars, regular dinners, meetups, and the Traction annual conference—where proceeds benefit local communities.
