Job Description:

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for generating qualified sales leads and opportunities with revenue contribution accountability. You will work across all marketing channels identifying ways to deliver results at targeted unit economics. Growth is the primary focus for this role and success is based on measurable performance.

This role will report to our Interim Head of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Demand Generation Manager – Job Description – TD
  • Meet monthly sales qualified leads (SQL), opportunities, and budget targets
  • Build and execute a lead generation engine that is scalable across geographies and industries. This is a very hands-on role
  • Responsible for achieving all demand generation pipeline and revenue targets through solution-based, customer-driven campaigns that span paid (SEM, display, social, email) and direct marketing (events, webinar, direct mail, thought leadership)
  • Responsible for strong alignment, communication, and accountability with sales, SDR, and other functional teams
  • Own program/campaign performance reports and share insights to the broader team
  • Manage monthly and quarterly budget
  • Stay up to date with our industry and customer trends

What You’ll Need:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid digital, website digital strategy, direct marketing, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to manage marketing budgets, allocating and optimizing spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel
  • Works well under pressure in a high growth environment that is constantly changing
  • Consistent can-do attitude
