Your Mission

Help innovative companies in the U.S. and Canada claim more R&D tax credits faster, reducing the traditional time burden and maximizing their financial incentives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving sales, forging lasting business relationships, and crafting strategic marketing and sales plans to ensure our growth trajectory.

  • A strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Someone who thrives on building relationships and has a knack for understanding client needs and market dynamics.

Basic Skills Required

  • Proficient in generating high-quality leads and effectively managing high-frequency sales cycles.
  • Skilled in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an adept ambassador for R&D tax credits, ensuring clients are thoroughly informed and guided through the qualification process.
  • Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with potential clients and referral partners to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas.
  • Maintain a vigorous prospecting regimen, quickly building credible and trustworthy connections.
  • Undertake comprehensive research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry-relevant events, including seminars, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Devise and execute a personal sales strategy that optimizes the return on time invested, aligning with company goals.

Skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, from business champion to CEO/CFO level
  • Track-record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience with prospecting, as we do high volume outreach to targeted accounts
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated aptitude to grasp technical concepts. Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Engineering an asset.
  • Superior communication skills’
  • Ability to adapt communication and messaging in the moment and during interactions.
  • Previous experience with R&D Tax credits and/or other technology grants is a plus
  • Energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm
  • Experience with office productivity tools and CRM
  • Past sales training experience such as Sandler Sales and The Challenger Sales skills, excellent verbal capacity, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation.
